From supervising my husband's construction company, to owning and managing multiple rental properties, as well as renovating and staging our investment homes. I graduated with honors from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and spent more than ten years working in the legal field. I reside in Haslet, Texas with my husband, James and our three children, Owen, Oliver and Olivia. When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, crafting, and traveling.

*Client(s) is under no obligation to accept my complimentary make ready and improvement offer. If client chooses to accept up to $1,200 in labor and materials towards make ready repairs or improvements, the service will be provided by Highlands Construction Company. A signed listing agreement or buyer's representation agreement must be signed by both client(s) and Amanda Shelby. An additional contract between client and Highlands Construction Company will be required as well to protect and warrant both my client(s) and Highlands Construction Company. Client(s) must close transaction with Amanda Shelby as their licensed sales agent. Transaction must FULLY CLOSE and FUND. If client 1) cancels listing or buyer's representation agreement; 2) changes real estate sales agents or broker; 3) chooses to cancel listing and sells FSBO; or 4) any action by client that prevents the closing of the sale or purchase with Amanda Shelby as their licensed sales agent, client becomes responsible for paying the $1,200 (or the amount in signed agreement) in labor and materials to Highlands Construction Company for work performed to their property. Highlands Construction Company is owned and operated by James Shelby, husband of Amanda Shelby.
